With ten years in digital marketing, Ola plans and runs large-scale paid campaigns for major brands through senior agency consulting. She brings that firepower in-house at Penby — paid media measured properly and accountable to the numbers, rather than a leap of faith on an agency’s promise.
Compliant data & tracking architecture
Ola specialises in the part most marketers avoid: making measurement legal. She designs compliant tracking architectures and advises on consent and first-party data, working across UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PECR, the DPA 2018 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
Her toolkit covers Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode V2, server-side tracking, GA4, data-layer and event design, and the move to cookieless analytics where it’s the right call — data-flow mapping and privacy-by-design, built in from the start.
Teaching it, too
Ola designs and delivers GDPR compliance workshops for agency and client teams, and writes the SOP documentation behind compliant tracking setups — making complex requirements straightforward for the people who have to follow them. She holds an MA in English Language Teaching and spent years in the classroom before moving into data.
Track record
On the Expatra and Abbey Wealth joint venture Ola was the marketing analyst — building a customer-segmentation model with RFM analysis that lifted campaign response rates by 43%, and a multi-channel attribution framework with consistent data definitions across channels.
